earlyderm LLC (“ earlyderm,” “ we,” “ us,” or “ our ”) provides an educational platform intended for healthcare professionals and realted businesses. If we become aware that prohibited information has been submitted, we may delete it, restrict access, or take other appropriate steps in our discretion and as permitted by law.

earlyderm does not intend for users to submit patient-identifiable information, protected health information, or other patient data through the Platform. The rights described in this section apply to personal information covered by applicable privacy laws and do not create permission to submit patient data or other prohibited information through the Platform.

Some rights may be limited or unavailable depending on where you live, the nature of the personal information, our role with respect to that information, and exceptions under applicable law.
